VER-MEC’s activity is mainly focused on the automotive/truck and Information Technology sectors, developing the production processes through the following production lines:

  • Cold stamping of ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metal;
  • MIG, TIG and spot welding
  • 2D laser cutting, Prototyping and Pre-Series;
  • Assemblies;

LOGISTICS 4.0

VER-MEC is equipped with a computerized logistics system using dedicated software that allows all packages to be identified with bar codes and read with Datalogic guns.
This system guarantees punctual management of the products, respecting the FIFO methodology for the entire logistics flow from goods acceptance and storage, to production and shipment.
Furthermore, it is able to manage national and international shipments through its own vehicles or through reliable and efficient partners.

All outgoing products are equipped with identification labeling according to the Odette standard.

RAW MATERIAL and COMPONENTS

To ensure high quality standards of the products, VER-MEC uses only top quality raw materials and components from valid and qualified suppliers.

SINGLE-STROKE STAMPING

  • A 200T Press from the Springs
    (press plate 1,500 x 800 mm)
  • A 130T Press from the Springs
    (press plate 1,250 x 650 mm)
  • Two 100T Presses from the Springs
    (press plate 1,100 x 550 mm)

PROGRESSIVE STAMPING

Progressive stamping occurs thanks to the combination of cold stamping presses with relative unwinders and sheet metal coil feeders. The press fleet is composed of;

  • 500 Ton Manzoni press
    (plate 2,500 x 1,500 mm) with Asservimenti Presse feeder (max 8mm)
  • 400 Ton Omera press with Soft Blanking
    (plate 2,500 x 1,500 mm) with Servopresse feeder (max 6mm)
  • 250 Ton Omera press
    (plate 1,800 x 1,100 mm) with Servopresse feeder (max 6mm)
  • 200 Ton Dalle Molle press
    (plate 1,000 x 600 mm) with Saronni feeder (max 4mm)

MECHANICAL MACHINING AND PROTOTYPING

VER-MEC is able to offer MECHANICAL MACHINING, LOW SERIES PRODUCTION and PROTOTYPE processing using:

  • 100 Ton SCHIAVI bending machine with a working range of 3,000 mm and numeric control
  • 50 T SCHIAVI bending machine with a working range of 1,000 mm and numeric control
  • RECORD M30 tapping machine with OMG multi-tool head
  • EMC satin finishing machine with a useful width of 1500 mm
  • Accessory machine tools (grinders, brushes, drills, etc.)

ASSEMBLING

VER-MEC is able to offer a component assembly service with a department dedicated to assembly (from simple plastic inserts, clips, cable glands, rubber caps, bearings, lamp holders up to the most advanced assembly of safes, brake cover protectors, seat brackets and guides).

FIBER LASER CUTTING

VER-MEC is equipped with a 2D FIBER HIGH POWER Laser cutting machine Cutlite Penta FAST 8,000W of Power, cutting capacity up to 20mm thick with a 3,000 x 1,500 mm work surface

The Laser cutting system is equipped with a tower warehouse for the storage and high-efficiency automatic loading of sheet metal, thus making mass production possible, in addition to prototyping and pre-series production.

TIG/MIG AND SPOT WELDING

The welding department is able to offer SPOT WELDING, MIG and TIG welding:
